2. Road/Highway Expert - Graduate in Civil Engineering 15 Years’ experience in Road Sector. More than 5 years’ experience as Resident Engineer  Chartered Civil Engineer  Experience in Subtropical Countries Fluency in both written and spoken English

3. Irrigation Expert - Graduate in Civil Engineering 20 Years’ experience in Irrigation Sector. • Experience in Micro-irrigation is Preferred • Fluency in both written and spoken English Graduate in Civil Engineering 20 Years’ experience in Irrigation Sector. • Experience in Micro-irrigation is Preferred • Fluency in both written and spoken English

4. Building Construction Expert - Graduate in Civil Engineering 20 Years’ experience Building construction • Fluency in both written and spoken English
